Christine S. Dayrit, chairman of the International Film Festival
Committee of the Film Development Council of the Philippines,
announces the participation of the Philippine delegation to the Hong
Kong Filmart, the largest film market in Asia, from March 20 to 23.

The FDCP is sponsoring the cost of the trade booth at the fair,
where producers will have a venue to sell their local films and
network with international buyers and film experts.

Members of the Philippine delegation to the film market include
Presidential Consultant on Entertainment Affairs Vic del Rosario and
Vincent del Rosario of Viva Films, Roselle Monteverde of Regal
Films, Joey Abacan of GMA Films, Tess Fuentes, Jennifer Ching and
Carrie Raymundo of Star Cinema, Tikoy Aguiluz of Cinemanila, Orly
Ilacad and Dean Arriola of Canary Films and Octoarts Films, Atty
Joji Alonso of MLR Films, Rene Concepcion of DLSU Graduate School of
Business and Anyati Orcullo and Mariani Abdullah, buyers of Filipino
Film and TV content for Brunei Darussalam.
